Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, your new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to my ideas if I cancel?
Your public ideas will remain accessible. Private ideas will stay private but you won't be able to create new private ideas on the Free plan. You can export all your data before canceling.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you're not satisfied. After that, no refunds are provided but you can cancel anytime.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer free trials, but you can use the Free plan to validate up to 3 ideas per month with no credit card required. This lets you experience the platform before committing to a paid plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
